This self composed CD for Energy Meditation has two soundtracks. The first one is 26 minutes, composed of keyboard, bells, drums, and overtones. A breathing pattern helps to remember to breathe deeply throughout this section. The purpose of this first part is to actively gather life force energy and transmute this to all three levels of consciousness. This is a process inspired from the Huna model of spiritual psychology from Hawaii. This energy system is described in my book A Handbook of Spiritual Psychology. The goal is to create alignment with the higher self and direct any manifestation desires to the right source.

The second sound track is shorter, approximately 16 minutes this is composed of a series of overtones sung in a choir. These sounds are mixed with didgeridoo, crystal bells and voice overtones to harmonize mind and body – this is a listening / passive time of the meditation. The variation in the sounds are designed to keep focused on the right brain hemisphere without “disappearing”. I choose not to include a mantra since this has a tendency to activate the left-brain hemisphere.

A super charged version of this CD is also available. This has five different combinations of biaural frequencies that are designed to activate and turn on the brain’s inherent resources for a greatly enhanced meditation effect. I have chosen to make these frequencies somewhat audible because my experiments show an improved effect in comparison to sub-audio levels.
